SAKU ( = Blooming) – 咲く– Program
SAKU is a multiannual support program to provide strategic support to young talented researchers. The aim is to help them to enhance their potential and expertise domestically and globally. This program is open to those who wish to increase their international research profile by building connections with foreign researchers.
The objective of the program is to allow them to visit more than 2 overseas institutions during a week to 10 day tour.

2 – Professor SHUKU (珠久) from the Faculty of Environmental engineering, reports about his SAKU trip – March 2017 (FY 2016)
3 – Professor YUCEL from the Faculty of Engineering (Computer vision) — SAKU trip – August 2017 (FY 2017).
Professor YUCEL visited Trento University and Milano Bicocca University in Italy — She gave talks there and started new promising connections.
She also gave lectures at a Summer School organized at Hacettepe Universitesi, Ankara (Turkey).
