On March 20th, a large BE-ARCHAEO post appeared on the web-site of the EU Delegation to Japan. It reported the kick-off of RISE (H2020) BE-ARCHAEO project, a major research and education outcome in Japan. The events were hosted on February 21st at Okayama University. BE-ARCHAEO is a large scale project combining Archaeology and Archaeometry and focused on the Kofun period in Japan.
